Derek Legé, Jr. is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a graduate from Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Texas Southern University in Health Science. He continued his passion for strength and conditioning at the University of Missouri as a Graduate Assistant while obtaining a Master’s degree in Education in Counseling, Education, and Sport Psychology.
Coach Legé spent four years at the New Mexico State University as an Assistant Director of Sports Performance and the Director of Nutrition and Student Life Wellness. He currently stands as the Director of Athletic Performance at the University of Texas at Tyler. The past 10 years, his interest has continued to grow in personal development, finance, investing, and money management.
