By setting realistic goals, assessing your progress and finding ways to stay motivated, you can create a plan that is sure to help you succeed.

Why Set Goals?

Setting goals helps keep athletes focused and on track while providing them with measurable objectives they can work towards. Goals also give athletes something tangible to strive for instead of just going through the motions in practice or scrimmages.
