Cory Kennedy is currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning and Performance Science (MiLB) for the Chicago Cubs and in his role he’s the epitome of our roundtable – bringing the research to the reps of the Cubs program. While he’s found himself transitioning from the “doing” to the “directing,” he’s still ultimately responsible for the final product produced.
